Board Meeting Minutes
December 5, 2024

In Attendance: Steve Shrawder, Chase Winters, John Gramling, Greg Hendrickson, Tim & Stacy Thomas Called to Order at 6:08pm by Steve Shrawder

President’s Report:
Primary purpose for today’s meeting is to vote Officer positions for 2025. Unanimous votes for following positions:
Treasurer: Greg Hendrickson
Secretary: Chase Winters
Vice President: John Gramling
President: Steve Shrawder
Head of Lake Management: Tim Thomas

Vice-President’s Report:
Waiting for spring before purchasing new swing. Still researching and looking for deals

Treasurer’s Report:
MaryLou, Steve and Greg to meet to review and transfer finances before the end of year Greg and Steve to go to bank for new signature card.

Secretary’s Report:
Stacy and Tim to review duties with Chase Winters
Board Members Report:

Events Report:
If weather allows, Ice Derby will be in Feb. Revisit in January
Lake and Grounds Report:
Tim and Greg to work on loan options for new boat
Dam Report:

Land survey to take place in spring
New heating system has been installed and running

Zoom meetings will begin 2025 for interested members. More info to come.
