Beaver Lake Wilderness Club
Board Meeting on August 2, 2025

Board Officers Present: Steve, Tim (Virtual), Greg, John, Chase
Steve calls meeting to order at 6:13pm
Greg presented Budget Report and Proposed 2026 Budget
Elections to be held on August 9th

• 4 Seats Open:
  o Tim, Stacy, Sam, and John
  o All 4 will run again, along with Kalyn Essick
  o One vote per lot
  Motion in Meeting will be raised to increase Dues by $25 per lot, so new total would be $300
  Lake and Grounds
• Doug Jordan has been doing excavation work
• Stone under Pavilion needs to be redone, was washed out with recent storm
• Picnic Tables – could raise at meeting if anyone would want to donate/sponsor one
• Steve will provide update about water going over Dam
• Should have 2nd Dam operator, for when Steve is away, to monitor and make necessary calls
• Tim
  o Have other people with heavy equipment operation experience who are interested in helping with operating Weedoo (Dennis and Kim)
   Greg – if they have clean driving records should not impact insurance
  Clubhouse Rental
• Rental is currently $50
• Would like to raise in meeting for a motion to increase the rental fee
  Yard Sale
• August 23rd

Picnic

• Will be after the Annual Meeting
• Held at the Clubhouse
• Members – bring a dish or dessert, and drink if desired
• Club will provide some Meat, sides, and Water
  Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm
